During the pandemic, Facebook prioritized supporting small businesses and creating more connected communities. Their SBM team needed an All-Hands theme for a collaborative virtual meeting plan that amplified Facebook’s message of resilience. The virtual experience had a colorful and fresh visual style with brush strokes and stylized photography. Dynamic content encouraged engagement while reflecting small business experiences.
